International Association of Dietetic Nutrition and Safety
(IADNS)

IADNS was registered in Vigo, Spain in 2020, which is a non-profit international organization led by global scholars, with the voluntary participation of scientific research, enterprises, and government personnel in the field of food nutrition and safety worldwide. The association is committed to the dissemination and progress of knowledge on food nutrition and safety, strengthening the exchange and cooperation of scientists around the world in food nutrition and safety, and promoting the development of the food nutrition and safety industry. Those with a genuine interest in the science of food nutrition and safety can become a member and the membership is worldwide. IADNS signed a 10-year strategic partnership agreement with Wiley on 2022 to strengthen the cooperation on conferences, books, journals, and so on. The two parties will further deepen the partnership around key areas of common concern, and jointly promote the publication of first-class academic journals in the field of food science and technology.

 IADNS publishes several journals on Wiley Publisher: Food Frontiers, eFood, Food Safety and Health, Future Postharvest and Food, Food Biomacromolecules, Plant Based Food. IADNS has been organizing a series international conferences, seminars, and workshops to provide a platform for communication of members.

IADNS has set up observers in more than 100 major countries around the world to contact government, scientific institutions, and industrial in their countries to promptly report food safety, food policies, food law, advanced developments on food science and technology, and publish these reports on the IADNS website and journals to expand the IADNS reputation.

Our objectives:

International conferences:

      1) More than 2,000 scholars register to participate in the ISPMF series conferences per year  

      2) Global universities around the world are vying to host association meetings

International journals:

      1) Food Frontiers becomes the top journal in the food science and technology

      2) eFood becomes an important journal in the food science and technology

      3) Publish more academic journals and popular science magazines

      4) Launch a publisher

Industrial technology service platform:

      1) Serving industrial and providing technology transfer

      2) Organize exhibitions and expositions
