The 7th International Conference on Plant Chemicals in Medicine and Food (7-ISPMF) was held in Beijing from August 2nd to 6^th, 2023. Over 600 scientists and students from 53counties have registered to attend this online and onsite conference. 7-ISPMF also has obtained the supports form several international journals including Food Chemistry, Phytomedicine, and so on. The international organizing committee and scientific committee board of 7-ISPMF assembled an exciting and diverse program, featuring 16 plenary lectures, 32 online lectures, 44 invited lectures, 71 oral presentations, a student forum consisting of 111 short lectures, and more than 119 poster presentations, which dedicate to creating a stage for exchanging the update research results in the phytochemicals for food and human health. 7-ISPMF was hosted by China Agricultural University, Beijing Academy of Agricultural and Forestry Sciences, Hebei Agricultural University, Institute of Food Science and Technology CAAS, Beijing Technology and Business University.
