The first International Symposium on Food Safety and Nutrition (第一届食品安全与营养国际学术研讨会暨Food Safety and Health高端论坛1-ICFSN) was held in Zhenjiang from August 7th to 9th. 1-ICFSN was hosted by Jiangsu University, Nanjing University of Finance & Economics, Nanjing Tech University, Jiangsu Normal University, Zhejiang Academy of Agricultural Sciences. Professor Zou Xiaobo and Professor Fang Yong served as the executive chairs of the conference, and more than 300 experts and scholars participated in the two-day conference. On the evening of August 8, the editorial board meetings of Food Safety and Health and Future Postharvest and Food were held.
